The lab focuses on: 1) how the inner ear converts sounds into electrical signals, and 2) how auditory cortex interprets these signals. We combine optical, mechanical, electrophysiological, and computational methods to address questions in auditory neuroscience and biophysics. We also develop new tools for this work.
